A gentle blend of hatha, vinyasa flow and tantra yoga for strength, flexibility & deep connection. We will experience slow flows through sun salutations and ancient hatha asanas to unite the mind, body & spirit, plus some exploration in to deeply relaxing Kaula tantra yoga.

All levels of ability are welcome, even total beginners.

Come & be a water warrior, have some fun & find your balance by practicing yoga on water. Everyone is welcome, all levels are invited, although it's better if you're comfortable in water. This can be fun, relaxing, challenging & beautiful all at the same time.

Please arrive 10 minutes before hand to get organised . Meet at Camp BohinjJetty

Where are the classes held?

Is there Car Parking?

Yes outside of the campsite

What Should I Wear and bring?

Any kind of sports clothing that you feel comfortable in and lets you move freely. Yoga is practised in bare feet so footwear isn't as important. It's advisable to bring a mat or blanket, we have limited mats available.

For SUP yoga you can either wear a wetsuit or windproof jacket if the weather is a bit cooler, or any kind of sports or swim wear. A change of clothing is a good idea in case you get wet falling in!

Buoyancy aids can also be provided for you

Can Anyone Come to the Classes?

Yes, everyone is welcome, all levels and abilities unless otherwise stated on the class descripton. Please let your yoga instructor know if you have any injuries, illnesses or if you are pregnant.

What Language are Clsses Taught In?

All our classes and retreats are taught in English.
