Registered yoga teacher and a certified SUP yoga instructor.
Nichola's love of yoga started as a way to manage work related chronic joint pain. She has worked in clinical healthcare all my adult life and also has diplomas in massage and aromatherapy. From the moment she participated in her first hatha yoga class she was hooked. As her practice improved she wanted to know more and more about yoga and herself which led to experiencing differences in her body and approach to her mental and spiritual well being. She has undertaken yoga teacher training in India, UK & Bali with some of the most renowned teacher training schools, and in some of the worlds most spiritual settings.
Yoga philosophy from ancient Hatha texts, Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga, and the psychology of yin yoga have provided her with answers to questions about herself. She continues to learn the true meaning of yoga, the union of mind with body & the authentic self, and how that influences her approach to life, nature, people and situations.
We invite you to experience this wonderful way of connecting to yourself and life.
Nichola holds life support certificates and a British Canoe Union ‘Foundation Safety & Rescue Certificate’, so your safety on land and water is assured.
