I’m a registered yoga teacher and a certified SUP yoga instructor. I’m also a registered dental professional in the UK.
My love for yoga began as a way to manage chronic joint pain from working in dentistry for my entire adult life. I neglected to stretch my muscles and allow my joints to be flexible, which led to tight muscles and fascia. My ribs lifted up, my back ached constantly, and my shoulders were so painful that I was taking prescription-strength painkillers in my 30s. I also had physiotherapy, cortisone injections, and ultimately surgery.
I turned to yoga to help manage these problems, and from the moment I attended my first hatha yoga class, I was hooked. Something inside me stirred, and I felt an instant connection. My physical body also improved as my flexibility increased and my core became stronger, protecting my back from pain. As my practice improved, I wanted to learn more about yoga and myself, leading to positive changes in my body, mind, and spirit. My spiritual transformation began, and I started my spiritual journey.
I then completed yoga teacher trainings in India, the UK, and Bali at some of the world’s most renowned teacher training schools and spiritual settings. I now teach combinations of traditional Kaula tantra yoga, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, , Mandala Vinyasa, and shamanic practice.
Yoga philosophy from ancient tantric texts, the Vedas, Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga, and the psychology of Yin yoga have provided me with answers to questions about myself, things I knew I was experiencing but couldn’t explain.
I continue to experience the true essence of myself through yoga by following traditional tantra and shamanic worldviews. I focus on the union of mind, body, and the authentic self, and how that influences my approach to life, nature, people, and situations.
My body doesn’t behave like a ‘yoga model’; it’s what it uniquely is—me.
I invite you to discover this wonderful way of finding your true self and living a joyful life while also balancing hormones, increasing joint flexibility and relieving chronic pain.

"We thought we'd found our perfect teacher, and venue!
I have thoroughly enjoyed your classes, as you well know all yoga teachers are different, some suit, some don't but for me you were just great and I shall miss you."

A Yin yoga client:
" Today I woke up & for the 1st time since being a dental nurse I didn't have ANY back pain. I was laying on my front with my legs straight out. I have not been able to do this for years, also my hip flexors that have been very painful when compressed are no longer painful. The results so far are astonishing. I am blown away by the quick response my body is having doing this yoga. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ❤️🥰😘🧘"
